NOTE: Security Deposits are equal to one month's rent plus $200.00.
This IS NOT your last months rent. All deposits are refundable providing
the unit is left in the same or better condition as when you moved in. Where pets are allowed, pet
refundable deposits are $150.00 per pet.
All Applicants are required to pay a $35.00 applicant's screening fee, which
is non-refundable. The fee will not be collected until you have inspected a unit you want to rent.
All applicants must meet with our office policy which is posted. The screening criteria is on the reverse
side of the application. Photo identification is required.
